FQA of Respirator Aluminium Nose Wire
What is the aluminium nose wire made of?
100% aluminium
What’s the common size of the nose wire?
Length: 9.0 MM, if you need new size only need the supplier make a new cutting die.
Width: 5.0MM, if you need new size only need the supplier make a new cutting die.
Thickness: common are 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm and 1.0 MM, custom-made thickness is available.
What’s the glue thickness?
Usually 0.1 mm, so if you order 0.8mm thickness, for aluminium is only 0.7mm, add 0.1 mm hot melt glue, total is 0.8mm
How will the nose wire be assembled on the respirators?
The aluminium nose wire will be glued at the back, use a machine to heat and melt the glue, air cylinder will push it on the mask put on the molds, with pressure, the nose clips will be shaped and stick.
What do the factors affect the stick effect?
Matching of aluminium thickness and melt point of the glue, if the melt point of the glue is low but with thick aluminium, you will fail for the assembling. So choose right glue is very important.
